Chain of Hearts (Ceropegia Woodii) is a pretty flowering vine. Our Chain of Hearts plants are the length of a ‘long bob’ to prevent tangling during delivery – nurture it and it will grow to around 1 metre in length.
This plant is also known as String of Hearts, Rosary Vine, Hearts-on-a-String and Sweetheart Vine.
We’ve paired this plant with our small Matt Black Pedestal pot. This pot has smooth ceramic curves and is a lovely contemporary accent to any room. Pot dimensions: 15cm x 12cm tall.
